Return and Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of receipt.
In case of a defect in the sold product, the customer must notify us through the communication channels on the website within two days of receiving the product for an exchange.
Product warranties vary by type, as listed in the description or as clarified to the customer when inquiring about the warranty.
A product included in a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged for another product. The entire promotion must be returned.
The customer is not entitled to a refund if the order has already been shipped with the shipping company, unless they contact the company and cancel the order.
If the customer wishes to return the product without any error in the order, they must ship it at their own expense to the company's location in Al-Bidaa, Al-Qassim.
The refund will be processed for the customer within 1 to 30 days after receiving the returned product, and will be credited back to the same account used for the original payment.
